OUR WORKSTHE WORKFLOW
After design by 3DCAD and the simulation by structural analysis, we made
a part drawing, and begin processing of the material.
Design by 3DCAD
Design software is using Autodesk Inventor.
Simulating by Structual Analysis
Stress and deflection amount etc. do the structural analysis using a dedicated software.
Cutting Work
After the material is rough machined by a lathe or milling machine, is precisely machined by composite NC lathe and machining center.
Machined components are cleaned using a cleaning solution and a wave generator.
Assembly
Using the instruments, assemble with high accuracy while checking the drawings. Each of the parts make sure it is attached properly to the location to be attached.
Finally, the cleaning and the entire check is performed again, and then send it out strictly packing.
